Used Audi

Volkswagen Group and Audi are committed to an action plan to correct the emissions characteristics of certain E189 diesel engines. Within this plan Volkswagen Group will present technical solutions to the relevant responsible bodies in October.

Customers with vehicles that are affected will be kept informed over the coming weeks and months of the process to get their vehicles corrected in the near future. In the meantime, all vehicles concerned are safe from a technical standpoint and roadworthy.

How to check if your vehicle is affected?

We have developed a simple ‘self-service’ website, so you can check if your vehicle has been affected. All you need to do is enter the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) details of your car. If this shows you have an affected vehicle, you do not need to take any further action yourself, we will contact you in the coming weeks.
